Meet Dr. Bryce Tremblay
Dr. Tremblay has been practicing on Vancouver Island since 2006 and can’t imagine living anywhere else! He attended the University of Western Ontario for his Bachelor of Science, he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Kentucky and pursued his specialty degree in Orthodontics at Oregon Health and Sciences University. He fell in love with the West Coast and after studying abroad, he made his way back to Canada to lay down roots in BC and he’s never looked back!
Dr. Tremblay strives to form a quick bond and lasting trust with each patient, allowing him to understand the motivation and goals for treatment and enabling a unique and tailor-made approach to their needs. He is a compassionate and skilled orthodontist but equally interested in the person “behind the smile”. We aim to make all of our patients feel at home when they come to Tremblay Orthodontics.
He has a thirst for learning! In addition to earning his formal degrees, Dr. Tremblay is committed to continually expanding his knowledge of oral health care and honing his technical skills through ongoing continuing education programs. He stays current in the field and embraces new technologies proven to decrease treatment length and improve outcomes. He has been a part of numerous study clubs and has given lectures to dentists, specialists, and auxiliary organizations.
He’s affiliated with the Canadian Association of Orthodontists, American Association of Orthodontists, British Columbia Society of Orthodontists, Royal College of Dentists (Canada), and the BC College of Oral Health Professionals.
Born in Saskatchewan, and having lived in five provinces and two states, Dr. Tremblay knew he needed to live on the west coast. He has been a resident of the mid-Island for close to two decades living here with his wife Nikki and their two boys and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. They’ve all embraced Island life and you may hear stories of his adventures, hiking, camping, surfing, skiing, and biking. They love to explore and enjoy all this beautiful island has to give!
